Rental Requirements
Reservations: must be made in advance and secured with a current credit card number and expiration date. To make a reservation, go to our Reservations Page for more information. We do not take reservations and rent on the same day.
Renters and drivers must be 25 years old.
Insurance: must be verified or purchased 24 hours before rental pick up. Renters must provide a binder from your personal insurance company or purchase the MBA Insurance at $17/per day. Travel Trailers and Pop-up Tent trailers only require your proof of insurance on the tow vehicle.
Rental Deposits: are required for all rentals. The rental deposit on motor homes and travel trailer is $500, the rental deposit on pop-up tent trailers is $250. The rental deposit is a "authorization of funds" on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy: You have fourteen days prior to your pick-up date to cancel without a cancellation fee. Motor Home and Travel Trailer cancellation fee is $250.00, Pop-up Tent trailer cancellation fee is $125.00. This cancellation fee can be credited to a future RV rental if used within six months.
Payment: for all rentals is required before the motor home is released. To determine this amount, please contact us and we will send you a complete estimate and your rental requirements.
Picking up your rental: You will need 60 to 90 minutes to check out on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the coach you have selected.
Returning your rental: We will need time to check your motor home back in, so allow 30 minutes or longer. After we have completely checked in the coach, we will re-calculate your charges to account for mileage usage and generator usage and mail you your deposit refund.
