Rental Policy Requirements 1. A valid driver's license - minimum age of ANY driver has to be 25 years old or older. 2. Advance reservations are $500.00. This also acts as the security deposit. Charges that may be deducted from the security deposit include, damages, loss of equipment, refueling, over mileage, extra days, and cleaning. $ $75.00 sanitations fee is always applicable on our Motor homes and a $ 25.00 sanitations fee is always applicable on our Pop/up Travel trailers. 3. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Payment may be made by cash, cashier's check, or money order. We also accept all major credit cards and will accept a personal check with bank card. 4. Motor Home and Trailer pick up and drop-off times must be prearranged. We prefer that these times be scheduled Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00 pm. special times can be arranged. 5. Convenience kits are an additional fee and may be requested when booking a reservation. Kits include: sheets, towels, washcloths, hand towels, plate, bowl, silverware, coffee mug, drinking glass, pillow case and blanket. 6. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Reservation deposits are non refundable, in the event of a cancellation. However, the deposit may be used as a credit towards a future rental within one year. All moneys collected are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of the departure. ANY CHANGES, such as dates, times or pick up locations are subject to a processing fee of $50.00 per change. 7. Motor Home equipment includes: kitchen, bathroom, stored fresh water, sinks, toilet, Waste/gray water holding tanks hot water heater, range/oven, shower, furnace with thermostat, refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, AM/FM cassette stereo, generator, automatic transmission, power steering, dining and sleeping accommodations, and campground hook-up, Microwave ovens. All of our Motor Homes will have TV and DVD units. 8. INSURANCE: Renters must provide an endorsement or binder to their own insurance for a RV Rental OR purchase liability insurance from MBA Insurance for $15.00 per day. A form will be issued to you if you wish to use this coverage. In case of an accident, a police report must be submitted and AZ KACHINA must be notified within 24 hours. Damage caused by striking overhead objects and/or undercarriage include: tire, wheels, hubcaps and damaged windshields are considered negligence, misuse, or carelessness: the renter is 100% liable. Personal contents are not covered by MBA Insurance. Only your homeowner's policy can cover contents. 9. Security deposit of $500.00 must be on a major credit card. 10. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY MOTOR HOMES OR TRAILERS TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO. |
